At Drishyaa, we strive to deliver high-quality imitation jewellery. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and exchange policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. No Return Policy

• We do not accept returns on jewellery items once delivered.

• This is due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of imitation jewellery.

2. Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged/Incorrect Products)

We offer exchange only if:

• You receive a damaged product, or

• You receive a wrong item

Conditions:

• You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof

• The product must be unused and in original packaging

Without proper proof, the request may not be accepted.

3. Exchange Process

• Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or ask you to ship the product.

• After verification, we will send a replacement product.

• If the product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

4. Refund Policy

• We generally do not offer refunds.

• Refunds will only be processed in cases where:

  • The product is out of stock after return approval

  • Replacement is not possible

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Improper handling or damage after delivery
